Financial Engineer from the SEK International University of Ecuador. He completed two Diplomas in Strategic Marketing Management and in Finance Management at UTPL. He has a specialization in PRA Methodology, Master Trainer C3.    

He was Vice Minister of Production and Industries of the Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade, Investments and Fisheries, where he carried out the Structuring and management of the sectorial productive reactivation process during the health emergency declared by COVID-19.   

Also in the public sector, he served as General Coordinator of the Municipality of Loja, elected Councilor of the Loja Canton, National Director of Economic Inclusion and Promotion of the work of the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion. 

 In the private sector, he held the positions of Director of Markets at Fundación Panel, General Manager of ADEPLAN Cía. Ltda, Business Director of CoopMego , Director of the Department of Management and Competitive Intelligence of ENERLOJA SA ., Among other charges.
